Workshop Brexit and the Horizon Europe Programme 

On 21 November 2025, a workshop will take place focusing on how Brexit will affect the participation of British research and innovation institutions in the Horizon Europe programme. The event will offer an overview of the participation rules for the United Kingdom as an associated country and provide information on the opportunities available to UK partners in European project consortia. 

The programme includes expert presentations on the legal and financial framework for UK participation, explanations of the practical implications for both European and British applicants, and a discussion on how the new conditions will influence upcoming Horizon Europe calls. The workshop will also include space for participants’ questions.
