From Science to Policy: Shaping a Sustainable and Competitive Europe

The European Research Council (ERC), together with the European Parliament’s Panel for the Future of Science and Technology (STOA), is organising a conference focusing on cutting-edge research contributing to evidence-based policy-making in Europe.  The aim is to bring together leading scientists, policymakers, and other stakeholders to discuss the role of scientific knowledge in addressing global challenges such as climate change, digital transformation, and competitiveness. Discussion will explore the conditions needed for a fair and inclusive green transition and the Clean Industrial Deal. Participants will learn how ERC-funded research contributes to a sustainable and resilient future for Europe.
