Learn, Plan, Act Conference: Building Local Capacity for Integrated Energy and Climate Plans

On February 10, 2026, Brussels will host the final conference of the IN-PLAN and PLAN4CET projects, focused on strengthening the capacities of regions and cities in planning and implementing integrated energy and climate solutions. The event will provide a space for sharing experiences, practical tools, and examples of good practice from across Europe that support the local level in accelerating the clean energy transition.  

The program will present specific approaches to linking energy and climate priorities with spatial planning, complemented by discussions on the future development and scaling of these solutions. The meeting will bring together representatives of local and regional authorities, policymakers, experts, and innovators with the aim of translating the knowledge gained into concrete measures in practice.
