European Flagship Conference on Research Security

At the end of October, the European Commission will co-organise a conference on research security. This event will bring together policymakers, research organisations, funding providers, and security experts. The aim is to discuss protecting the integrity of research, securing sensitive knowledge, and ensuring safe international cooperation. The conference will also focus on current risks such as foreign interference, data misuse, and cyber threats in research. It will also present best practices and policy initiatives that support a resilient and trustworthy European research ecosystem.
