Erasmus+ CZELO

This year, the event takes place on 1-2 December in Brno. Register now!

This year we are celebrating the 15th anniversary of the Central European Joint Infodays, on 1-2 December in Brno. We traditionally organize this international seminar with the national agencies from Slovakia (SAAIC), Austria (OeAD) and Hungary (TPF), and this year also Slovenia (CMEPIUS).

The event is intended for employees of higher education institutions from the above-mentioned countries and is held in connection with the opening of the Erasmus+ 2026 call. This year, participants can also expect some novelties. For the first time, the seminar is also open to Slovenian higher education institutions. At the same time, we have decided to strengthen the international dimension of the Infodays, which traditionally focus on projects enabling cooperation between the Erasmus+ programme and partner countries. Therefore, this time, in addition to representatives of Erasmus+ offices from third countries, several higher education institutions from Kosovo, Colombia and Malaysia will also participate in the event. This way, European participants will have the opportunity to establish cooperation with these organizations as well.

Specifically, the Infodays will focus on Capacity Building in Higher Education, Erasmus Mundus Design Measures, Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters and Jean Monnet Actions. The aim is to support and encourage potential applicants in the new Erasmus+ call through theoretical and practical presentations, to present good practice examples and to facilitate consultations, discussions and networking.

Registration for Czech participants is open at the link below until Tuesday, 30 September (inclusive) and is to be completed in English. After the registration closes, participants will be selected based on the information provided and their motivation for participation. A balanced representation of higher education institutions that express interest in the event will also be taken into account. All registered participants will be informed about the selection results in the first half of October.

The event is organized as a TCA. One night accommodation and meals during the event will be covered by the organizers. Czech participants are expected to cover their travel expenses to Brno.

More information about the event, including a draft program and an overview of institutions from Kosovo, Colombia, and Malaysia, is gradually being published on the event website.
