Register for the infodays on Erasmus+ centralized actions

Erasmus+ CZELO

The Central European Joint Infodays will take place on 3-4 December in Bratislava. Don't forget to register.

The infodays are organized in cooperation with the national agencies in Slovakia (SAAIC), Austria (OeAD) and Hungary (TPF). They are taking place in the context of the Erasmus+ 2025 calls for proposals and they will focus on the international dimension of the programme in the field of higher education, specifically actions supporting the cooperation of higher education institutions from the Erasmus+ programme and partner countries.

The event aims to support and encourage potential applicants in the new Erasmus+ calls through theoretical and practical presentations, present good practice examples and offer opportunities for consultations and discussion. The event is intended for representatives of higher education institutions from Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia, which are interested in the international dimension of the Erasmus+ program.

Infodays will therefore focus on the following types of projects:

  • Capacity Building in Higher Education
  • Erasmus Mundus Design Measures
  • Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters
  • Jean Monnet actions

All participants will have the opportunity to participate in two rounds of parallel sessions. In one round, participants choose the type of project that is their main area of interest and in which they want to apply for a project in the near future (or are considering applying). This workshop will focus on detailed and practical information concerning the application process. In the next round, each participant will be able to choose another type of project they are interested in and get more general information about it.

The event will also be attended by representatives of the European agency EACEA and selected Erasmus+ offices from Erasmus+ partner countries, so participants will have the opportunity to meet them, learn about the opportunities offered by the represented non-European countries, and establish new contacts.

Registration for Czech participants is open at the link below until Wednesday, October 16 (inclusive) and is filled out in English. After the registration is closed, the participants will be selected based on the information provided, mainly the motivation letter. All registered participants will be informed about the result of the selection process around October 21.

The event is organized as part of TCA activities. Selected participants will thus be reimbursed for travel expenses based on the contract with DZS and accommodation expenses will be covered by the organizing Slovak agency SAAIC.

More information about the event, including concrete agenda, is gradually being published on its website.
