NEw EIT call will support cultural and creative industries

The new EIT call for CCSI KICs will be open from 26 October 2021 to 24 March 2022.

On 26 October 2021 was opened a call for proposals for a new EIT Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC) in the Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI). The CCSI is one of Europe's leading providers of jobs with the potential to provide solutions to some of society's most pressing socio-economic challenges, including regional disparities, structural problems and, most recently, the COVID-19 pandemic.

The new partnership will help accelerate the recovery of the cultural and creative industries and unlock untapped economic opportunities in creative fields such as architecture, cultural heritage, design, fashion, film, music, publishing, performing arts and video games. Through successful innovations and contributions from third parties, the partnership is expected to become financially sustainable over time beyond the period supported by EIT funding.

    7 December - EIT webinar on the Call for Proposals for EIT Culture & Creativity United in inovation

The deadline for submitting applications is on 24 March 2022.
