European Institute of Innovation and Technology has published evaluation criteria for calls in the Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI)

On 6 July 2021, the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT)  published evaluation criteria for calls belonging to the new Knowledge and Innovation Community focusing on culture and the creative industries (KIC CCIS). Admissibility, eligibility and exclusion checks will be done for each proposal. Another important condition is financial viability. One of the selection criteria is a specific technical evaluation, consisting in categories such as excellence, quality and efficiency of implementation and impact, will assess e.g. strategic approach, innovation potential, synergies, KIC business model and financial plan, impact, dissemination of results, etc. A complete overview of the evaluation criteria is available on the EIT website. Calls are expected to be published in October 2021, with a deadline in March 2022.
