On October 12, students and graduates of Czech universities will have a chance to gain valuable contacts in Ostrava.
Are you a student or graduate of a Czech university from both long or short-term studies? Are you ready to boost your networking skills? Eager to get inspired by a moderated discussion with experienced graduates? Interested in learning what alumni services are offered by universities in the Moravian-Silesian Region? Anxious to meet companies looking for international employees?
Join us at the International Student and Alumni Meetup in Ostrava on 12 October.
Last year we organized a meetup under the Study in Czechia banner in Prague. Events like this one or the recent one in the US give graduates an opportunity to network with university representatives and learn about the university's plans for the future. Both the Czechia Alumni and Study in Czechia programmes help link international alumni with domestic institutions and promote the good name of Czechia abroad. "Through the Study in Czechia initiative, we also support universities in internationalisation in the long term, for example by participating in international career fairs or organising training sessions as part of the DZS Academy," says Study in Czechia head Lucie Nováková. Shortly, we will also bring you a summary of the EAIE Higher Education Fair and Conference, which takes place in Rotterdam from 26 to 29 September.
This event is organised in cooperation with the University of Ostrava and the Ostrava Expat Centre.
