Interregional Innovation Investments (I3) Instrument Work Programme 2023-202 has been published
New calls will be open in Q2 2023 and will focus on solving the challenges of digital and green transition and smart manufacturing
The work programme covers the following topics:
- Interregional cooperation in shared or complementary smart specialisation areas.
- Promoting innovation and economic transformation to address societal challenges
- Supporting innovation and development of value chains in less developed regions
New calls will be open in the second quarter of 2023 and will focus on solving the challenges of digital and green transition and smart manufacturing. These challenges are closely related to the challenges identified in the New European Innovation Agenda. In the third quarter, there will be a call for capacity building in less developed regions.
Calls will provide financial and advisory support for demonstration activities, commercialization, upscaling of mature innovations and development of new value chains in less developed regions.
