EEA Grants

EEA Grants support study visits and project co-operation with Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. DZS operates for schools the Programme Education in the third phase of EEA Grants 2014 – 2021.

Increased inclusion of disadvantaged groups including the Roma population

Joint projects between educational institutions (including education NGOs) from Czech and donor states seek to develop the competences and classroom-based skills of education professionals and multipliers working in educational institutions. Project activities focus on the training of teachers and multipliers, follow-up, mentoring, ongoing monitoring, evaluation and update of training curriculum.

Roma inclusion will be a priority topic.

As eligible project applicants (project promoters) are considered Czech educational NGOs, Czech public institutions, Czech pre-primary, primary and secondary schools listed in the register of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic and Czech higher education institutions possessing an ECHE (Erasmus Charter for Higher Education) .

As eligible project partner is considered any legal entity established in the Donors States or in the Czech Republic. Legal entities from other Beneficiary States of the EEA Grants may participate as a non-financed partner.
